Vicarivs - V is 5, I is 1, C is 100, A and R have no value, I is 1, V is 5, and S has no value, making the total from this word 112.
Filii - F has no value, I is 1, L is 50, II is 2, making the total from this word 53.
Dei - D is 500, E has no value, and I is 1, making the total from this word 501. When we add the total count from all three words (112+53+501) we get exactly 666 which is the number of the beast.
